Geiger counter radiation blockchain integration

Posting Background Ionizing Radition levels to Bitcoin clone blockchain

This is the first ever Geiger counter ionizing radiation detector that posts it's data as ordinals on the Bitcoin clone Globalboost blockchain.

So I had this modded Geiger counter kit I build years ago to monitor the surrounding background levels of ionizing radiation. I thought to myself since I was exploring uses of Bitcoin clone blockchains to store meaningful data, the kind of stuff that would be decentralized and nuclear war resistant. 🙂

Enter ordinals.. a great way to store stuff on the various Bitcoin blockchains. By taking data off the UART of the geiger counter and and some fancy linux scripts I am able to automatically post logs in one minute blocks and timestamp them for pennies thanks to the cheap Bitcoin clone chain GlobalBoost $BSTY. I can push up to 400 kb at a time.

Why is this important? First because a proof of work blockchain cant be stopped or halted like Solana or Base you have unalterable and auditable data. Secondly envisioning multiple nodes with sensors running batching data we have real timestamped datasets moving forward. With enough sensors we can track moving radiation clouds and cross reference them with flight paths and other data who knows what we will uncover….

Bitcoin is an important part of the internet of things. It is the most reliable timestamp server to date.
